Some sellers make the mistake of not wanting a “for sale” sign on their lawn.  By doing this they are missing drive-by opportunities.  Buyers tend to drive in neighbourhoods that they wish to live in to familiarize themselves with the area and they may also be viewing other homes “the competition”. My lawn sign informs agents and their perspective buyers that your home is for sale and provides them with my contact information should they have any additional questions or wish to book a viewing of your home.
